Chinmaya
A guide pointing beyond stories
ABOUT chinmaya MEDITATION
Nothing was ever lost
For many years, my life was shaped by spiritual seeking.
I lived and studied in spiritual communities in Thailand and India, explored meditation, yoga, tantric practices, and a wide range of transformative experiences. Like many sincere seekers, I believed that truth or fulfillment would eventually be found somewhere within these states.
What slowly became clear, however, was something simple and deeply liberating: nothing was ever missing.
The search itself was rooted in the belief that something essential had been lost or needed to be attained. Yet what we truly are is not found in experiences, identities, or achievements. It reveals itself in the quiet immediacy of the present moment, when we stop projecting stories onto life and allow reality to be exactly as it is.
This recognition can feel like waking from a dream – a shift from identifying with the character of the story to discovering the open awareness in which the story appears. A dimension that is timeless, spacious, and inherently whole.
My work is not about teaching techniques or offering answers, but about creating a space for exploration where both the human story and what lies beyond it can be gently met. Influences on this approach include years of non-dual inquiry as well as facilitation training with Ananta and Navid within the Simran Meditation tradition.
Ultimately, this is an invitation not to become someone new, but to rediscover what has always been here.

WHAT I OFFER
An exploration of your experience
My work is less about teaching and more about creating a space for honest exploration.
It is an invitation to meet your experience as it is – including thoughts, emotions, sensations, and the many inner parts that shape your personal story – while gently discovering the dimension of awareness that is not limited to any of them.
This approach integrates elements of non-dual inquiry and parts-informed exploration. Rather than trying to fix, improve, or transcend the human experience, we learn to relate to it with curiosity and openness, allowing both the personal narrative and what lies beyond it to be seen more clearly.
The work may take different forms, such as one-on-one sessions, small group explorations, or guided inquiries. These are not technique-driven practices but spaces for presence, dialogue, and direct recognition.
At its heart, this is not about becoming someone new or reaching a particular state. It is about rediscovering what is already here – the awareness in which all experiences arise – while meeting your human story with compassion and understanding.
Whether you are drawn by spiritual curiosity, emotional integration, or a sense that something deeper is calling, this space is simply an invitation to explore.
